On August 31st 2019 we are running yoga workshop for all abilities. The workshop includes dynamic hatha yoga, Yin yoga, pranayama and meditation. The workshop will focus on chakra cleansing and balancing.
It will run from 9:00am-12:30pm and will be followed by a light lunch.
